"Aquatic Lower Extremity Training, An Integrated Approach” is an informative course for those health professionals who would like to expand their orthopedic lower extremity aquatic therapy skills or for those who are new to orthopedic aquatic therapy. 

This course will present lower quarter connections with exercises focusing on increasing mobility, improving stability, strength, and motor control. By integrating an aquatic and land-based approach to lower extremity therapy clinicians can help clients progress quicker and more comfortably with improved outcomes.  Protocols for Total hip, knee and ankle sprain are reviewed.

Orthopedic diagnoses are the primary concentration for this course but the exercises can be also be applied to a wide range of clients.
